Dear Friends,
First, let me thank you for the warm welcome I have received from all of you during my first couple of weeks with you. I especially look forward to our time together on Christmas Eve. I am mindful though that we are gathering under the challenge of another COVID variant. So let us be mindful of what each of us can do so that there is a safe and comfortable environment for all. I know you will do the right thing.
