On April 23, eight members of Peace affirmed the promises made on their behalf when they were baptized.   For two years they studied the Bible, Apostle’s Creed, Lord’s Prayer, Ten Commandments, and the sacraments of Baptism and Holy Communion.

In their final year of instruction, called “Peer Ministry,” they learned to apply their faith to practical situations all of us face.  They are now Confirmed Members of Peace Lutheran and we welcome them to take on additional responsibilities as they continue to grow in faith and wisdom.
